Notification to Citizens Regarding Increases in Water and Sewer Service Rates

Effective January 1, 2026, the City of Turrell will implement rate increases for water and sewer services in accordance with Ordinance 2025.10.07. This measure has been adopted to ensure the continued maintenance, improvement, and sustainability of our water and sewer infrastructure, which are vital services for our community. The City Council of the City of Turrell, Arkansas, has determined that it is necessary to increase Sewer and Water Rates to comply with the recommendations of Community Unlimited Inc. This rate analysis adheres to the regulations and guidelines established under Act 605 of 2021, as stipulated in Ark. Code Ann. §14-234-802.
